Complaint lodged against BJP leader Koustav Bagchi for defaming Mamata Banerjee
The complainant, in her letter, claimed that the book by the former MLA contains nasty and ugly remarks against Mamata Banerjee and posting pages from the books not only maligns the Chief Minister but also disrespects the dignity of a woman.
A written complaint has been filed against BJP Leader and advocate Koustav Bagchi for allegedly maligning Trinamool Congress supremo and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. Bagchi had posted extracts from a book written by Dipak Ghosh, a former Minister in the TMC government.
Posting the two pages of the book on Facebook, Bagchi wrote, "I am hereby posting an extract from Chapter 7 of a book on Mamata Banerjee namely "The Goddess That Failed" authored by former Trinamool MLA Late Dipak Kumar Ghosh. Answers are only known to her."
